Extension & Kitchen
FTL was contracted by this homeowner to remove an existing PVC conservatory and to construct a 14 m² single story extension to the rear of the property, enabling the creation of an open-plan kitchen and dining space.
Our work encompassed groundwork, preparing the site and re-siting any services to enable construction of the extension. This is followed by brick/blockwork and structural support. This project called for a bespoke cranked steelwork to enable the construction of a pitched roof.
When the structure of the extension was complete, we went onto to install a brand new electrical installation to the build, along with plumbing, heating and drainage to serve the new Howdens kitchen which we also installed.
Further finishes such as flooring, tiling and final carpentry items were also completed by FTL.
